Dr. Gidumal completed his fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at UCLA, where he also served as Clinical Instructor, following residency in Otolaryngology — Head & Neck Surgery at Mount Sinai in New York, where he received the Chairman Award as the program's top resident.
He is the author of 27 peer-reviewed publications and chapters in the standard textbooks of the field, and was recognized by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for providing reconstructive care in Ukraine during the war.
